Wasatch Credit Association lends up to 90% loan-to-value in most cases. The more skillful you are at buying the higher loan-to-value ratio we can offer.

Wasatch Credit Association finances all types of properties, including land, non-owner occupied single family properties, commercial property, multi-family property, and more. We do not finance owner occupied properties.

Wasatch Credit Association is an asset-based lender, which means we provide short-term loans based on the property value and your project, not your credit.
