 All of our investment certificates are fixed rate and fixed term. This means that there is the same interest rate for the given time period. For example, our 5 year certificate will have a 5.50% fixed rate for the entire time period.

Investment certificates are fixed rate, fixed term investments. Interest is paid quarterly, at the end of March, June, Septemeber and December. 

The longer the term, the higher the interest rate you will earn.

  • With 1 year terms the fixed interest rate will be 8.00%
  • With 3 year terms the fixed interest rate will be 8.50%
  • With 5 year terms the fixed interest rate will be 9.00%

The minimum you can invest is $10,000.

Wasatch Credit Association lends up to 90% loan-to-value in most cases. The more skillful you are at buying the higher loan-to-value ratio we can offer.

Wasatch Credit Association finances all types of properties, including land, non-owner occupied single family properties, commercial property, multi-family property, and more. We do not finance owner occupied properties.
